The RCSC had recently announced the appointment and transfer of secretaries. But what happens to former secretaries ( Labour Sec. Dasho P L Dorji, Education Sec. Dasho Pema Thinley and Trade Sec. Dasho Karma Dorji). At least I don’t have any information about their new placements. I am sure there must be good rationale behind maintaining silence about them.

Any information? Just being curious....

By the way, I am not related to any one of them nor do I have any vested interest.

I am curious too!!! But personally at such a crucial juncture...it was as if like the old Secretaries were not capable enough to run the Ministeries in absence of the Ministers!!! Thats what I have heard people talking about…

I think they are all incapable to be heading the Ministries. RCSC took appropriate step just in time to save the ministries. Education secretary became unpopular with lots of corruption taking place like NFE and Procurement case. It shows how incapable he is in monitoring the activities taking place within the ministry. Labour Secretary, I heard is good only in Chadi. He has become unpopular intimidating his own staff and public. There are many more so I leave the rest to the rest of the members of the forum to comment.
