so many things happening but noone mentioned who the southern bhutanese are supporting? people who are not in f1 etc will ask family members who have to support ministers and then push for the citizenshp and noc. so we need to study

well no mattter wht happens we cannot compromise on tht...those who were never eligible for NOC should not be given NOC...at all...no matter how many votes they contribute the ruling party should never compromise on these things....
