Traffic Police works hard to make the swift flow of traffic in thimphu and other town....We are much made aware to drive using Deeper at night, but what about those vehicles whose Registration Number starts with RBP. It once happened that I was in CAB and then driving towards Chubachu from Main Traffic...the Norzin Lam, when a Bike registered RBP and two cops, coming down town with HIGH BEAM that we could hardly see the road and potholes due to the construction.

Don’t you think this is violation of traffic rules? Aren’t these RBP vehicle plying on government road where all others use? Isn’t the rule made by RSTA should be imposed to all road users? I am sure that no one will say “NO” to these questions of mine.

Now, who will snatch their documents? Who will take care of those issue? I don’t think traffic Police themselve would make pay for breaking the Traffic rule....

IS THERE ANY ONE WHO WILL LOOK INTO THESE MATTER? If not I would love to be a traffic police to have such a advantage.
