please let us know what was done here that merits blocking of the website. other than rcsc and health secretaries and the comments on them which we vlountarily stopped comments on we have received no emails from BICMA. such arbitrary blocking is not in keeping with democracy. we also feel that this is a direct result of a few individuals calling up the directors and director generals of information as well as calling that idiot leki dorji the minister.
please justify your actions or remove the block. we are responsible citizens of the country and have done ntohing to receive such punishments
