In the BBS INTERVIEW with the ECB yesterday, Dasho Kunzang Wangdi have made very biased statement.  It appeared to us that he is either not happy with the coming of the Third party OR being brived by the existing 2 parties.  The job of a ECB and the EC is to see if the parties are abiding by the laws on the ECB and not monitor number of parties coming up.
