------i think all armed force personnels are given equal opportunities to serve in different locations. when you mean places i’m sure you mean the so called “good and bad location postings, right? there are no such things!! for your info a true soldier knows no such things and all he knows is to serve HM with honour and dedication irrespective of anything.
STATEMENT 2- “All the perks and privileges are at the top level and all the works are done at lower level.”
------this statement is true but you must know and remember that the army works on a hierarchy system and i’m sure this holds true in all other professions. the decisions are made a top levels and the execution part is at the lower levels. in the army this is how things are done, both in peace and in battle. as far as the perks are concerned, let us understand and consider that these are small benifit returns for the long and dedicated service rendered by the senior offrs.
STATEMENT 3- “A Lt takes priority over senoir ranks in allotment of govt quater and other facilites if his dad is a Brigadier.”
------ the allotment was precided by a board of offrs and not the command or order of a Brig. the Brig is a father, only, when he is at home but when it comes to work and duty he is no more than a senior offr. you will be surprised to know, what all the Brig can provide if at all he wishes to help his son, but nither the Brig nor his son will not indulge in such acts nor will they tolerate anyone doing so.
if you’re a civilian who wrote this, i have nothing to say coz only a soldier will know and understand what and how things work in the army and you’re not eligible/entitled and you dont have to know anything but if you’re an offr, sir!! i’m sorry, there are lot more for us to do and accomplish together rather than BASELESS COMPLAING!! which is so unbecoming of a soldier and a gentleman. alys bear in mind that “you’re a leader and you lead form the front and lead by example”, for jr offrs to follow.
